11 Games — Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Portela11 ("we", "us") handles your information in the 11 Games app. Contact: info@portela11.com.
2. Information we collect
Guest play: a random identifier generated on your device (not linked to your real identity), your player name, your scores and gameplay statistics. With an optional account: additionally your email address and a password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see your password in plain text). If you choose to set an avatar: the image you upload. We do NOT collect your real name, contacts, precise location or advertising identifiers ourselves.
3. Gameplay analytics
To balance and improve the games we record gameplay events such as session start, run results (score, duration, cause of death), collected lights and similar statistics, linked to your player identifier. This data is not used for advertising.
4. What is public
Rankings are public within the app: other players can see your player name, avatar and best scores. Do not put personal information in your player name or avatar if you do not want it to be visible.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Ads are served by Google AdMob. We request NON-personalized ads, which do not use your data for ad profiling; however, Google still processes certain device information (such as IP address and device identifiers) to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and cap ad frequency, acting as an independent controller under its own policies. 6. Where your data is stored
Game data (accounts, profiles, scores, analytics, avatars) is stored with our backend provider Supabase on servers located in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted by row-level security policies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists (or, for guests, while the app is installed and your identifier remains active). When you delete your account in the app, we permanently delete your profile, avatar, scores, analytics events and authentication data from our servers.
8. Your rights and choices
You can edit your name and avatar at any time, play without an account, and delete your account (Profile, Account, Delete Account), which erases your cloud data. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA under GDPR, or California under the CCPA) you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or receive a copy of your data. Write to us and we will help. We do not sell your personal information.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Accounts require the user to be 13 or older. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data we will update this policy and its "Last updated" date inside the app. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
