11 Games — Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Portela11 ("we", "us"), the publisher of the 11 Games app and the games it contains (11 Lights, 11 Orbits, 11 Beats, and any future games). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Who may use the app
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the app. If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your account
You can play as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account (email and password) is optional and lets you keep your progress and compete in rankings across devices. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile, Account, Delete Account; deletion is permanent.
4. Your name and avatar
Your player name and avatar are visible to other players in public rankings. Do not use names or images that are offensive, misleading, infringe the rights of others, or are otherwise inappropriate. We may remove or replace names or avatars that break this rule and, in serious or repeated cases, suspend the account.
5. Fair play
Do not cheat: no automation, exploits, tampering with scores or network traffic, or any attempt to gain unfair advantage or disrupt the service. We may remove scores and suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating or abuse.
6. Virtual items
Lights (✦), skins and other in-app items are virtual content with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or refunded, and they may be modified, rebalanced or discontinued as part of game updates. Deleting your account permanently removes them.
7. Advertising
The app shows third-party ads served by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and ads are subject to Google policies and terms.
8. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own entertainment. The app, games, artwork, sounds and code remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it.
9. Availability and changes
Online features (rankings, accounts, challenges) depend on third-party infrastructure and connectivity and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time. We may update the app and these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items. The app is free; our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use it.
11. Termination
You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise. Questions about these Terms: info@portela11.com.
